It sat in my garage for weeks. Finally I brought it out and put a whole chicken in the top pot, and sweet potatoes in the bottom pot. It was kind of cool, but the sun was still out. About 5:00 (as it was getting dark) I took out the pans. The smell was incredible, and tasted so good. It was just so cool that I cooked this great meal with the sun! I highly recommend! These are great stackable pots that fit very nicely in the sun oven. I am sure the pots will last many years with the oven. Thank you for a great product.
