Sun Oven Braised Baby Bok Choy


4 baby bok choy, quartered lengthwise

1 tablespoon sesame seed oil



In a dark, lightweight pot, toss the bok choy with the oil. Season with salt. Cover and cook in the SunOven until soft, 30 to 4o minutes.
